Import a bank statement PDF into QuickBooks

When all you have is a PDF statement, StatementCSV turns it into a CSV file that you can import into QuickBooks.

Steps

1. Open the statement PDF in the StatementCSV app. It's read in your browser, not uploaded. It detects Chase, American Express, Bank of America, Citi, and Capital One statements and labels anything else Generic. The free preview shows how many transactions it finds and the first 5 rows.
2. Check the rows in the preview and fix anything that looks off.
3. Unlock the CSV for $9.99 one-time and download it.
4. Import the CSV into QuickBooks with its bank-transaction upload, then compare the totals with the PDF.
