StatementCSV
Wells Fargo statement PDF to CSV
StatementCSV doesn't have a Wells Fargo-specific format. Wells Fargo PDFs go through the same general parser as every other statement and show up labeled Generic. Whether it works depends on how your PDF's text is laid out, so try it in the free preview before you pay.
What the parser looks for
- A text-based PDF, the kind you download from online banking where you can select the words. A scanned or photographed statement has no text layer, and the preview will find no rows.
- Transaction lines that start with a date, like
01/04, 01/04/2026, or Jan 4.
- Lines that end with an amount with cents, like
42.10, -42.10, or (42.10).
Lines that don't match, such as headers, balance summaries, and notices, are skipped. If a statement prints deposits and withdrawals in separate columns, check the signs in the table, because the parser only reads the last amount on each line.
Steps
- Download the statement PDF from Wells Fargo online banking.
- Open the StatementCSV app and drop in the PDF. The free preview shows how many transactions it found and the first 5 rows.
- If the count and rows look right, unlock the download for $9.99 one-time. If it finds nothing or the rows are wrong, don't buy.
- Fix any date, description, or amount in the table, then save the CSV with Date, Description, and Amount columns.
Privacy
You never enter your Wells Fargo login, and there's no Plaid connection. The PDF is read in your browser and isn't uploaded.
