StatementCSV
Promote StatementCSV as a Whop affiliate
StatementCSV is sold on Whop, and Whop affiliates can earn a commission on sales they refer. This page covers how to sign up, what the product actually does, and copy you can paste.
How to become an affiliate
- Sign in to Whop (you need a Whop account in good standing and must be 18 or older, per Whop's affiliate terms).
- Open Affiliates in the Whop sidebar, go to the Affiliate marketplace, find StatementCSV, and click Become affiliate. Or open the StatementCSV page on Whop.
- Click View assets and copy your affiliate link. Use the exact link Whop gives you. It carries your username, and Whop can only credit sales that come through it.
- Share it where people who fit the description below will see it, with a clear note that you earn a commission.
Commission
StatementCSV is set to pay Whop global affiliates 30% of each sale (checked in Whop's product settings on 2026-10-31). The product is a $9.99 one-time purchase, so there is no recurring commission. Whop tracks referrals and pays affiliates itself, and per Whop's docs there is a 30-day wait between the purchase and the payout. Rates can change; the rate Whop shows you at the time of purchase is the one that applies.
Rules that come from Whop
- Say near your link that you earn a commission (Whop's terms reference FTC endorsement guidelines).
- Don't present yourself as the seller. StatementCSV is sold and supported by Canal Web Co.
- Don't run paid search ads on "Whop", "Whop discount", "Whop coupon" or misspellings without Whop's written approval.
- Read the full Whop affiliate terms.
What StatementCSV does
- Turns a text-based bank or card statement PDF into rows (date, description, amount). The PDF is read in the browser tab and is not uploaded.
- Rows can be edited before export.
- Balance cross-check: type the opening and closing balance and it shows whether the rows add up.
- Paid export: CSV or an OFX 1.02 file, plus a CSV layout picker (as shown, QuickBooks Online 3- or 4-column, or Xero). The user still maps columns when uploading.
- Free preview first: detected bank label, row count, and the first 5 rows.
- Labels Chase, American Express, Bank of America, Citi and Capital One; other banks go through the same parser as Generic.
- No bank login, no Plaid.
Who it's for
- Freelance bookkeepers and small business owners who were handed a statement PDF and need rows for a spreadsheet or bookkeeping import.
- People who don't want to connect a bank account to another app.
Who it's not for
- Scanned or photographed statements (text-based PDFs only).
- Anyone who needs a QuickBooks .qbo file (not supported).
- Anyone looking for bookkeeping or tax advice. It's a conversion tool; totals should be checked against the PDF.

Short post
Got a bank statement as a PDF and need it as rows? StatementCSV reads it in your browser (no upload, no bank login), lets you fix rows, and checks them against the opening/closing balance. Free preview shows the first 5 rows; full CSV/OFX export is $9.99 once.

For bookkeepers
If clients send you statement PDFs instead of exports: StatementCSV turns a text-based statement PDF into an editable table, cross-checks the balance, and exports CSV (including QuickBooks Online and Xero column layouts) or OFX. Not for scanned PDFs, and no .qbo. Try the free preview before paying $9.99 one-time.
